Difficulty: ⭐
-
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
-
2 fresh cucumbers
-
200g cream cheese for spreading
-
1 can of anchovies
-
Capers
-
Black pepper
Professional Step-by-Step Preparation
-
Making the cream: In the blender jug, add the cream cheese together with the anchovies (you can drain off some of the oil beforehand). Add a pinch of Bonsalt 0% and pepper to taste. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
-
Resting: Transfer the mixture to a piping bag with a ridged nozzle and let it rest for a few minutes in the refrigerator so it firms up.
-
Cucumber base: Wash the cucumbers well. You can peel them completely, leave strips of skin with a peeler so they look more attractive, or leave the skin on if it is thin. Cut the cucumber into slices of about one centimeter.
-
Assembly: Place a rosette of the cream cheese and anchovy mixture on each cucumber slice using the piping bag.
-
Decoration: Finish each canapé by placing a caper on top. Serve immediately to keep the cucumber crisp.
