Whole Wheat Potato & Tuna Stuffed Mini Empanadas

Empanadillas integrales rellenas de patata y atún

This version of the classic empanadillas is much more filling and nutritious thanks to the use of whole wheat flour and baking instead of frying. The potato filling adds a creamy texture that pairs perfectly with the tuna, creating a traditional bite with an improved nutritional profile. To season the filling and enhance the flavor of the sea without adding sodium, we will use Bonsalt .
