Detailed Description (Procedure)
-
Preparation of the Aromatic Base: Zest 3 lemons and place the zest in the blender jar. Peel the 4 lemons "a sangre" (removing all the white pith to avoid bitterness), make sure they have no seeds, and put them in the jug together with the Stevia 1:8 and the spearmint leaves.
-
Blending for Intensity: Blend for 2 minutes at maximum speed. You will see a cream form with a vibrant green color thanks to the chlorophyll in the spearmint.
-
Body of the Slush: Add half the water and the ice cubes. Blend well until you get the desired snow-like texture.
-
Homogenizing: Pour 70% of this slush into a pot or large bowl. Add the rest of the ice and water to the blender jar, blend again, and mix both preparations. This ensures that the color and sweetness are even in all servings.
-
Final Touch: Check the sweetness and add a pinch of Bonsalt 0% to enhance the citrus contrast before serving immediately.
