Step-by-Step Professional Preparation
1. Flavor infusion:
Start by washing the lemons very well. Grate the peel of two of them (avoiding the white pith) and set the zest aside. Peel the rest of the lemons "a sangre", making sure to remove all the seeds so the lemonade does not turn bitter.
2. Preparing the ginger and spearmint:
Wash the spearmint leaves and grate the fresh ginger. Place the lemon pulp, the reserved zest, the spearmint leaves, the grated ginger, and the Stevia + Eritrytol 1:1 de Castelló.
3. Blending and mixing:
Add part of the water and blend everything on high speed for a couple of minutes until the spearmint is very finely chopped and the flavors are fully combined. Add the rest of the water and blend again for a few seconds.
4. Straining and serving:
Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or cheesecloth if you prefer a completely smooth texture, or serve it as is if you like the touch of pulp and spearmint. Transfer it to a glass bottle or pitcher and chill in the refrigerator.
Serve the lemonade very cold with plenty of ice cubes. It's the perfect way to enjoy a healthy, exotic snack with friends!
