Professional Step-by-Step Preparation

  1. Cleaning and drying: Wash the fresh herbs and, most importantly, dry them very well with paper towels. Any remaining water could ruin the emulsion and the oil's keeping quality.

  3. Grinding the dry ingredients: In a mortar, place the teaspoon of Bonsalt together with the peppercorns and crush until you get a fine powder.
