Detailed Description (Procedure)

  1. Fruit Preparation: Peel the bananas. They should be ripe (with black specks on the skin) so they provide maximum creaminess and natural sweetness.

  2. Loading the Blender: Add the chopped bananas and carob flour to the blender.
